Halifax Real Estate Market Update for September 21, 2021

Low inventory. I'm sure you've heard it before, but the Halifax Real Estate market is seeing low inventory levels continue in September 2021. Residential listings for HRM (Halifax and surrounding areas) is down over 55% compared to this time in 2020. Meanwhile the average sales price for residential listings is up $92,071 compared to this time last year.
